Your task:
- Choose 3 questions from different parts.
- A1: Write 5–7 sentences for each question.
- A2: Write 8–10 sentences for each question.
- Explain why you think or feel this way.
- Give at least one example from your own life.
Part 1. Who Am I?
- Am I different at school and at home? How? Why?
I am different at school and at home. At school, I am more disciplined and calm. At home, I am freer and more active.
- What are three words that describe you? Why did you choose them?
- What makes you happy on a difficult day?
- What is something you are good at but other people don’t know?
- What is one thing you want to change about yourself? Why?
I think I can understand people by their facial expressions. I can quickly notice when someone’s mood changes.
- Do you like spending time alone or with friends? Why?
Sometimes I like spending time alone, and sometimes I like spending time with my friends. But after spending time with my friends, I need some time to get my energy back.
Part 2. My Opinions
- Is it better to have many friends or one very good friend? Why?
I think both are good, but it is better to have real friends. If you have many friends but cannot talk to them about your day, it is better to have one good friend. You can share your thoughts and feelings with each other. You can also trust each other. I think trust is very important in friendship.
- Do you think students need homework? Why or why not?
Before, I did not understand why we needed homework because we already spend 4–8 hours at school. We also need free time to do things that are not related to school. But now I think homework is important because it helps us improve and remember what we learn.
- Is it better to be famous or to have a quiet life?
Everyone thinks differently, but if you ask me, I prefer not to be famous.
- Do you think phones make our lives better or worse? Give an example.
Phones have many advantages, but they also have disadvantages. For example, they can hurt our eyes and distract us from important things. But they also have many benefits. People can talk to each other even when they are in different countries. We can also do things in a short time that took much longer before. I think phones make our lives easier, but we should use them carefully.
- Is it more important to be smart or kind? Why?
- Do you think teenagers have enough freedom? What would you change?
Part 3. My Real Life
When was the last time you felt really proud of yourself? Why?
What was the best day of your last month? What happened?
When was the last time you helped someone? What did you do?
Describe a time when you were afraid to try something new. What happened?
What is something you learned outside school?
What is one mistake you made that taught you something?
